We strive to ensure that each PDR tech is 100% happy with their purchase. In the event that something is not right, please take a moment to review Canadentools Warranty and Return Policies as follows. Thank You.
All manufactures warranties apply. Please visit the manufacturing company’s site for their individual warranties. To claim warranty products must be returned to CANADENTOOLS. Products will be replaced, repaired or a refund submitted according to each company’s policy. Refunds will not be issued for lost or misused tools. Warranties do not apply to shipping. Please allow at least 30 days for resolution.
Elimadent PDR Lights
All electrical components are covered for 1 year after purchase, with the exception of tampered or abused components.
Lens, housing structure, suction cup, and all movable parts are not covered under warranty but can be replaced at the owner’s expense.
Shipping is not covered under warranty.
In the event that your light needs repair or maintenance see the contact information below to make arrangements. All repairs and maintenance are completed in Canada for your convenience.
All accessories must be returned in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of purchase. Refunds will not be issued for lost or misused accessories. Warranties do not apply to shipping.
Please note that glue tabs are a consumable product. In the event that multiple tabs break in one pack within 30 days of purchase, we will replace them with the same or equivalent tabs.
We strive to make sure that every tech’s individual needs are met. In the event that a tech has a specific request, we will attempt to fulfill it to the best of our ability. As these requests are individualized to the tech we can not accept returns or issue refunds unless the order arrives damaged as it is not part of our regular stock. We will continue to honour all manufactures warranties in regard to their individual wear and tear policies.
Mis Ordered Products
No returns or refunds for misordered products. If in the event, CANADENTOOLS, ships in error the wrong products, CANADENTOOLS will pay to return wrong products and reissue proper products.
